- In order to encourage business growth and development within Enterprise Zones, the State makes available to all businesses in the EZ a variety of tax credits. Be sure to see if your business is eligible!
Matching Incentives
- The city is committed to encouraging companies that will benefit the community to expand within the city. The incentives of approved applications are matched equally between City and County governments to cover 100% of county property tax on the company's investment (in building, tenant refinish, and equipment) over four years.

- This group meets on the 1st Thursday of each month from 7:30-9:00 am at the Fire Station on 69th & Dexter.
- Meetings include a guest speaker, networking opportunities, and usually have an attendance of 30+

Business License
If you have not done so, you are required to complete a Business License Application and submit it by mail to the City's Neighborhood Services Department. If you have any questions, please contact a representative of the Neighborhood Services Department for assistance at 303 227 8854.
